ROTISSERIE TURKEY

  • 1- Whole Turkey 15/20 Lbs 
  • 1- Quart Water (Use Ingredients Pan)
  • 1- Stick Margarine
  • 1tsp- Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 1tsp- Garlic Powder
  • 1can- Cavender's Greek Seasoning (Obtain at Spice Rack)
  • Olive Oil (Spray or Brush On)

   

Mix Cavendar's Greek Seasoning, Pepper, and Garlic Powder. Set Aside.


Place Drip Pan in Grill below Where Turkey Will Rotiss. Add Water and Margarine to Pan.


Put Turkey on Rotisserie, and as Turkey Rotates. Use Olive Oil

on Turkey (Rub or Spray Generously). Sprinkle Seasoning Generously over Complete Turkey.

                    

Place Rotisserie Burner on High Heat for Approximately

1-hour with Rotisserie On, Then Turn to a Lower Setting and Continue for about 1-1/2 More Hours. Test Doneness with Meat Thermometer. Remove from Grill when Turkey Registers 180o and Let Sit for 15 Minutes before Carving.
